Reviews are not a forum for character attacks against the host, but rather for constructive criticism helpful to the host in order to correct any issues so that the next guest will be happy and comfortable with their stay. When we went up to the apartment again I showed you the pool and that it was not operating, you made no comment that you were unhappy. On Saturday I received an email saying you were surprised to find out that the pool was not operating and you asked me for a discount in order to stay. I did not extend the discount to you and advised you that you could leave and that I would only charge you for the days you occupied the apartment. Here arises your form of retaliation in your “review” because I did not extend you a discount. Now, the matter of whether the pool was up and running was inconsequential as long as you could get a discount to stay, and this is why you are disgruntled and have chosen to attack me by using such offensive and totally unfounded terms towards my personal character.
