Guests will be met by our housekeeper Felisa who lives a few doors from the property. She will provide keys and show you around the house. She can answer questions and give information to help you get the best from your stay. We are in Alajar for about 6 months of the year so if our visits coincide then we will be available to help with advice and guidance.

- Clients are responsible for any damage and breakages with items replaced on a new for old basis. We trust clients to admit to any damage. The owners will provide each property in a clean and tidy condition with suitable bedding and linen provided - including pool towels Clients are asked to leave each house in a clean and tidy condition as is reasonable at the end of their holiday Keys must be returned at the end of the holiday Check in not before 1600 hours and departure will be by 10am unless there is no incoming client on the same day
