This house is a rare find. Located in one of the most wanted areas of Altea, it is only 700 meters from the beach of La Olla and near the center of Altea. Still, while very centrally located, the place itself is secluded with a private comfortable terrace with sea views and a large lush garden surrounding a private pool. A bit like being in the country side with all the benefits Altea has on offer at walking distance.
The first thing that's noticable when you enter the house are the high beamed ceilings in the living room, giving the place a spacious feel. The living room in comfortably decorated and has an fully equipped open kitchen and wooden doors opening up to the patio with sea view. In the back of the house you will find three spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The whole century old house has recently been renovated retaining the original wooden and tile features.
The whole house will privately be available for the guests, including the garden, terraces and private pool.
No smoking in the house please. Outside on the terrace is no problem, provided that a fire hazard is avoided at all times of course. Pets may be allowed upon request. No loud parties please! While the villa offers complete privacy, it is located in an exclusive residential neighborhood, we therefore kindly request guests to respect their neighbors' peace and quiet, especially after 10 pm.
An anthropologist, originally from Netherlands, after having traveled the world and lived in some of its most gorgeous places such as London, San Francisco, Brazil, Guatemala and France, finally I have found my own Eldorado in the Spanish hills of the Valencian Community. Here, together with my husband Jur, I have laid my hat in the charming little town of Altea la Vella where we found our home at one of the worlds most beautiful locations on a hilltop between Valencia and Alicante, with magnificent views of the mountains and the Mediterranean, For some of the owners of the luxurious apartments in our building we manage rental during their absence and so we do for some of our neighbors. We love welcoming new people and tell you all about the great places to visit in the area.
