You get the whole city flat with all the basics you may need. On top of it, you get to sleep and wake up in one of the quietest districts within the core city area. Busses and trams that take you to the centre (15min) are within a 300m walk. A bit further, if you go through the park there is a railroad that gets you to the main train station within 5 min. The place is perfect for people who want to experience calm Finnish way of everyday living. It is also within walking distance from Kallio.
If you are romantically-minded you will find a gem here. If you want to go out , Kallio is nearby and you will always be able to walk home, even if you find yourself out till 4 am. (However busses go all through the night). Flying in and out is also easy, since the place is well connected to the airport transport routes. (It is a short walk to the train station or the bus, that goes to the airport 24/7).
Note: If you are 2 guests, you will fit on a 120+cm loft bed. If you are more than two, there is a 150cm wide airbed available. So the space can host a group of four, if you travel with the friends.
If you are looking for guest reviews, go to my profile and checkout my previous listing. I have moved to this place recently, my old flat was in the crowded Kallio, where I have hosted quite some guests!
There are only 3 magic rules:
One. You are never charged a cleaning fee by me. I believe it is fair and every adult can keep a place neat. However, this means that you are responsible for leaving the place clean when you go.
Two. You are in charge of the keys during your stay. The keys are a monopoly of ABLOY company in Finland. They cost a ridiculous amount of money to renew when lost. If you are losing a key — I reserve a right to charge you for it. If you lock yourself out, it can also become quite complicated. That is why I provide with two keys for your stays. Keep them in check.
Three. People who live in my house are the sweetest gang you can find. Be polite and respectful with them, and they will be friendly to you. Try to be quiet in reasonable time. If you are planning to have a party of any kind in my place — let me know about your plan, and let's try to agree on how long and loud can it go. It is cool to have people for dinner, but if you plan to play loud musing after 9pm, I should let my neighbours know about it and give your phone number out.
With these we should be golden.
