The large bathroom is accessed via a small lobby off the lounge and offers a bath, in-bath shower and separate toilet.
A spiral staircase leads to a landing off which are 3 good-size bedrooms (one double and two singles) and a second toilet with washbasin.
The price includes all utilities, bed linen and towels.
The garden has a built-in barbeque, deck chairs and dining table and chairs including parasol.
The spiral staircase is not suitable for aged or infirm visitors.

We request arrival between 3pm and 8pm and departure by 11am.
We live nearby and will be there to welcome you on arrival. We can assist and advise and are happy to recommend restaurants and places to visit and explore.
Children's safety is the responsibility of the parents.
Children must be supervised at all times in the garage.

We can provide at no extra cost and on request, a travel cot and camp-style beds suitable for a child under 10 and a stairgate.
