Our home is a spacious family Country Cottage with 6 large bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, plenty of closet space, airy sun room overlooking the gardens, creek, small forest, and pool. All this makes our home a very relaxing atmosphere for a visit to the City of Ottawa.
The incredible expanse of the outdoors offers lots of alternative green space for guests to stroll, rest, to play or do group Yoga and Taichi.

We work close by and we are available if you need us for anything.

Please contact your Host, Samantha as soon as you receive a Confirmation of your Reservation to arrange arrival details, provide guest names and details of your trip. Photo I.D. such as passport or driver's license may be asked for verification. You will receive her personal contact information following your booking through Airbnb email.
Discussing the purpose of your visit or details of desired small private function with your Host well in advance is helpful.
At no given time can the home be used to host parties and non booked events. Please be mindful about inviting non booked guests. Any non-booked guests visiting will require the owners' consent prior to a visit.
Please remove outside footwear inside the home to protect our hardwood floors.
Do not use indoor towels for pool use or to remove make up. Excessive damage to linens or towels will be charged to the guest.
There must be two adults minimum supervising young swimmers inside the fenced in pool and pool areas. Please read the Pool Use Rules and Regulations located in the kitchen and near the Pool House.
Please report any damages of property or content to the host prior to check out.
We love hosting and want you to enjoy your time spent in our home. The following rules and guidelines will help you plan your visit and any small private function to be a successful one while keeping our home in good order. We advise you to share these rules with everyone booked in your group.
Do not move or rearrange furniture. Please contact the Host should furniture be desired to be rearranged under extenuating circumstances.
Damages to furniture or floor from moving furniture without consent will be deducted from the deposit.
Do not invite non booked guests to our home at any time. Any guests you invite outside of the registered guests must be reported in advance to your check in.
Please help keep our septic system in ecological good health by placing all used toiletries in the garbage bin including used bathroom tissue and not flushing them down the toilet. You will find signs in each bathroom as a gentle reminder.
For special private functions such as dinners, small celebrations whereby extra guests will attend, a nominal Day Use Visitor fees may apply to help you plan for small private functions. Please ensure such function is confirmed with the Host in advance. This is very important to help ensure extra tables/chairs/utensils/dishes plus any other general amenities as well as details for ensuring safety, security and conforming to Municipal Bylaws. Absolutely no loud music or partying at anytime as our home is in a residential neighbourhood.
Please treat our home as your home. Before checking out, ensure the home is left in 'As Found Condition'. Place garbage and recyclables in designated bins and location as indicated by the House Rule Brochure. This Brochure can be found on the kitchen wall. Please refer to Pool Safety Brochure regarding proper pool use (Pool open during Summer months only).
