My husband Bill and I have been married for 30 years and we have spent the last ten years renovating our historical building into a modern comfortable loft! We have spent much of our lives traveling and absolutely love meeting new people and sharing stories. As food and wine enthusiasts, we have more than enough suggestions for places to eat or just grab a drink. I am also a Belleville native so I can provide you with area information to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
As hosts we try to be as relaxed as possible, but we expect our guests to be respectful and follow all house rules. We have put a lot of our own work into this space, and take pride in what we have created. After living in the loft for nearly eight years, we wanted something smaller and moved out in early 2016. I run a monogram boutique on the ground floor though, so I am still at the building regularly and live within 10 minutes away.
We have decided to open up our loft to allow others to experience the amazing mix of history and modern design we were lucky enough to live in for years. We hope you give our place a chance, as I can assure you there is nothing else like it.
