In search of a seaside retreat along California Highway One? The living space in this century-old home features plentiful seating and sun-filled windows. (Please note that the fireplace is not for use.) There's also a flatscreen TV and a DVD player, but the absence of WiFi and cable service will encourage guests to pull out a board game or a novel instead.
Admire the surrounding views as you cook in the full kitchen, complete with a dishwasher to handle the after-dinner clean-up. And you can catch up with your kids while enjoying breakfast, lunch, or dinner around the spacious dining table.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
