This large, classic, comfortable Sea Ranch home features a private hot tub and a massive stone fireplace that warms the coolest winter evenings. There is a large loft with and a pool table and for musicians, please enjoy the piano.
The sleeping arrangements in the home include two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with a king bed and the other has a queen bed. There are two bathrooms on that ground floor as well. The loft has the double futon. There is a Crow's Nest above the garage, detached from the main house, with an attached bathroom and double bed. Up to eight guests can comfortably stay here.
The large, well-equipped kitchen is great for socializing during meal preparation.
The Norman home also features a nice deck area with barbecue on the ocean view side of the house. The hot tub is located in a fenced courtyard off of one of the bedrooms. You can easily walk to Walk On Beach, Shell Beach, and One-Eyed Jack's playground/picnic area.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
