This one-acre property is ideal for hikers and beach-combers, as it sits just a quarter-mile from Frolic Cove Beach, one mile from Caspar Beach, and one mile from the Point Cabrillo Light Station. You'll also be four miles north of Mendocino and eight miles south of downtown Fort Bragg.
With a wall of windows that frame the nearby trees and ocean, the living space is bright and welcoming. Build a fire in the wood stove each evening, work on a puzzle with your kids, or curl up with a book or a board game on the sofa.
You won't find WiFi or reliable cell service here, but you'll hardly notice as you spend your days in the great outdoors. But you can always take comfort in the satellite TV, the DVD player, and the landline phone (for local calls).
Prepare appetizers and homemade meals in the galley kitchen, which offers plentiful cabinet storage, a dishwasher, and an adjacent six-person dining table. You'll also find a gas grill and comfortable seating on the water-facing deck.

The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
All guests shall abide by the Companys good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
The responsible renter must be at least 21 years of age (or the specified minimum age required to rent the property, if higher). Guests under 21 years of age are welcome, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Renter is liable for any damage to the property should damage occur during occupancy.
Please note the property will email a rental agreement to the guest after booking. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation
