Our unit is situated an easy 5 minute walk away from Portarlington's main street, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks and public transport to and from the City of Greater Geelong.
Guests appreciate what we have to offer because of the proximity to Portarlington's main street, public transport, the foreshore and pier, a local golf course, and local vineyards and olive groves.
The accommodation provided is suitable for solo adventurers, business travellers, couples, and families with children.
Although the driveway must be kept clear at all times in order to allow unobstructed access to other units, guests are welcome to use our property as they require. This includes use of the garage, backyard, the gas Bar-B-Q located in the backyard, the fully equipped laundry and outdoor clothesline.

Payment of a $300.00 security deposit is required prior to you booking in.
Upon receipt of a favourable inspection report (to be completed within 48 hours of your departure), the entire security deposit will be refunded (within 7 days of your departure).

- $300 security bond - to be returned upon receipt of satisfactory inspection report post-departure of tenant
