Make your B&B stay part of a longer European vacation. Gate to/from the Berliner Höhenweg, the famous Zillertal high altitude hike. We are proud to be in a partnership with the Hochgebirgs-Naturpark Zillertaler Alpen. All guests will receive the Naturpark Gästekarte to keep for the season - for free. It entitles our guests to free attendance at any guided nature park tours & free entrance to the nature park house exhibition in Ginzling. Personal guide is available.
Breakfast is served in the kitchen, PJ totally acceptable. You stay in a large dorm style bedroom occupied by you and other guests. The maximum occupancy is 4 guests.
Every guest will have access to the shared wardrobe. Each guest has its own side table and towel rack at the bedside. For convenience and comfort, we’ve provided each guest with a bathrobe and bathroom bin. Additional solutions to hang coats and shirts are available.

Our home is your home. Host and guests share the common space, like kitchen and living room to chat, exchange stories or simply to read a book sitting on the "Ofenbank". When it's warm enough we will socialize at the patio for a bar-b-que or just to howl at the moon.
Your hosts Reinhard and Sheila live in the house and will be pleased to give you the inside scoop on day hikes, restaurants and other local attractions. English, Canadian and German spoken. Sheila offers free yoga and meditation classes each morning. Guiding services for hiking and rock climbing can be arranged.
Hiking and mountain biking trails at the doorstep. Beautiful mountain views in quiet location. Easy access to everything the Zillertal has to offer.
The local tourist tax (Aufenthaltsabgabegesetz Province of Tirol) of Euro 1.50 per night and person will be charged separately. Children of 15 years of age and younger are exempt.
Please keep noise to a minimum so all guests can enjoy the beautiful natural surroundings.
As a courtesy, we provide each guest with a bathrobe and bathroom bin. Please use them when using the master bath or shower room.
