"Applegate Guest House" is a great stay. Features a theater room with 106 inch screen/full surround sound for your entertainment pleasure, offers a full bath, wet bar, sleeping for 4+, a 2-car garage and shared use of garden with a Koi pond and waterfall. Located on the river in the midst of Applegate Valley Wine Trail, nestled between Red Lily, Valley View and Longsword Wineries. Ten wineries within a ten minute drive. A fifteen minute drive to historic Jacksonville and the Britt Festival.
River Guest House is on a shared property with the River House, they can be reserved together or separate, but are situated in such a manner as to not be intrusive to one another. There is separate parking with a garage for both. You share the gated entrance, river access and the Koi Pond. The river guest house has an open floor plan with a kitchenette equipped with microwave, dishwasher, dishes, flat ware and utensils, it is not a fully functional kitchen, but still capable of preparing a small meal or breakfast. Surrounded by windows for full views of landscape and mountains. The highlight of the guest house is the amazing media room/master suite, like being in the movie theater except you have the luxury of stretching out in your comfy bed. Short walk to the river where there is a swing to relax and catch a glimpse of the wildlife. Winter and spring bring lots of geese. This is a wonderful spot to just relax and stay and it's close to many fun activities. Best of both.
You will enter through a locked gate for which you will be given a code and then follow the drive way to the second house there will be a key box on the door by the garage you will be given a code for that as well. Once inside there will be a book with instructions for electronics and other things you need to know about.
I am available throughout your stay so feel free to contact me if you have questions or needs.

I am the property manager for rentals in the Applegate and Jacksonville area. I have worked for Ramsay Realty 18 years, so I have lots of experience in my field. I have to say the vacation rentals are my favorite because everyone is on vacation and having a fabulous time. It's contagious!!
