An elegant and quiet two bedroom canalside apartment with stunning views and within walking distance of Shoreditch, Hoxton, Columbia Road flower market and Islington .
There are several supermarkets and incredible restaurants and pubs within easy reach of the apartment. You can also walk along the beautiful Regent's Canal and enjoy the many cafes and street art.
My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
The apartment is located in a great, vibrant part of Hackney next to the Regent's Canal.
The apartment is in a gated complex which after 19.00 is only accessible to residents and their guests through locked gates.
The apartment is on the 5th floor with spectacular views across London. There are stairs and a lift in the block which only has six floors.
There is a spacious east south facing balcony off a large lounge and kitchen area with a comfortable settee, table and chairs, all modern kitchen equipment, a 40" Sony TV and high speed wireless internet. There are two bedrooms, one with a standard double bed and the other with a bed-settee if required. The flat has a large bathroom with a standalone shower as well as a bath tub with an additional shower.
Complimentary tea, coffee, bread and milk is provided. Guests will be provided bedding, towels, shower gel, shampoo etc.
Guests have access to the whole flat and an east south facing balcony leading off the flat's lounge. In addition guests have access to the communal courtyard area of the Wharf which has benches for sitting on as well as a delightful walk along a branch of the Regent's Canal.
Please respect my home during your stay.
In addition, please remove outdoor shoes when in the flat as I've just had new wood flooring put down.
Guests will be met on arrival and will be provided with information to make their stay in the flat as comfortable as possible. I shall also be available by phone, text, or e-mail at anytime during the stay should guests require additional advice or information.
Fun loving and an avid traveler. I enjoy nothing more than getting under the skin of a place I visit and mixing with locals. Life without travel is not a life
