The apartment is located in a safe, conveniently-located area in the Zazil Ha neighborhood.
Great location, just a 12 min walk to the beach, 5 min to 5th Avenue, for you to enjoy that pedestrian, cosmopolitan street, with its many restaurants, bars, night clubs, shops, but also, you can walk one block up to 30 Avenue and get a more authentic, local Mexican feeling, with more food stands, small restaurants (delicious, authentic and much cheaper than the ones on 5th Avenue), shops, etc.
This nice, spacious one-bedroom apartment is located in a separate area of our house, on the second floor (note: in some countries it would be considered the *first* floor, right above the ground floor). The bedroom has one comfortable pillow-top full-size bed, 2 night tables, closet space and a TV. Right beside there is a long desk, more closet space and the bathroom.
In the living and kitchen area there is a wood table with four chairs, a futton which converts to a double bed, and closet space.
There are two A/C units, hot water, Internet (Wi-Fi), dishes, pots, ceiling fans, microwave oven, full-size refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee maker, 2-burner gas top. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided for your use.
The apartment is on the second floor, with no walls attached to any other room of the house, which adds to privacy and quietness.
It has an independent entrance. You will get your own keys, for you to get in and out whenever you like.
On the opposite side there a studio which is also rented to Airbnb guests.
We live downstairs. We are always happy to interact with our guests and we are there if you have any questions. On parle un peu de français. Hablamos español.
* Please note the electricity is not included and it would be charged at MXN$3.00 pesos per kWh. A photo of the meter would be taken both upon checking in and prior to checking out to calculate the consumption. The bill wouldn't be too high provided that you don't overuse the A/C. Thank you for your understanding.
