Dawn and Jena's place was a perfect stay for wanting something a bit out of the ordinary. The decor was vintage/victorian/eclectic and we enjoyed admiring the art and unique pieces all over the apartment. It was quiet at night, parking was easy to find on the street, and we had no trouble contacting Dawn & Jena when needed. We loved the patio with a great view of the skyline and quaint feel of the surrounding homes. Hidden gem!
I gave a 3 out of 5 star review for this experience. Communication was great and so was the location (right in the heart of downtown Philly). If you are used to city life then you'll love this place if not you may not be as comfortable. The neighborhood felt relatively safe and close to everything. The bedroom has air conditioning but the other area did not however there are fans but it's on the 3rd floor so if it's in the hotter months it can get pretty warm. The apartment has everything you need to have a good stay and we enjoyed our time in Philly in my opinion it is one of the best cities in the country so if you've never been here I would highly and enthusiastically recommend it
Dawn and Jena we're really generous, friendly and kinda. Space was just like the photos. Did I mean take photography there in that was really useful for me. And allergies and they did their best to accommodate Me by washing sheets and towels and scent free detergents. I'm really grateful for their efforts to make my stay as safe for me as possible! It worked okay for me. For someone that is more allergic we're not on meds comma it might be not the right fit because there's antique perfume dispenser another scented products in the bathroom. I forgot to ask about stairs and there's two flights and they're a little steep some may want to know about thisit was my oversight. But this place is an art installation of its own and very entertaining! There's a lot to look at read and by their invitation interact with. I really enjoyed it!
