SANDRIFT is an immaculate 2-bedroomed detached double-storey home, in a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of the beach, village shops and pubs. Catering for all types of holiday makers. You will only be a few minutes walk to a variety of shops, restaurants, family pubs and Croyde#39;s excellent sandy beach where you can try your hand at a wide range of water sports.
This home is decorated with fantastic beach artwork and a VW camper theme runs throughout - you canrsquo;t help but feel spoilt by this ultimate beach holiday opportunity.
The tastefully decorated living area is split into a lounge and dining space. The lounge has wood laminate flooring, two blue sofas, a TV and a DVD player. A great place to relax, watch TV and socialise. The dining area has a solid wood and glass dining table seating 4 people. Double doors look out over the lawn and patio area outside.
From the entrance hall turn left into the well equipped kitchen, where a tray of tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits will be awaiting your arrival. Appliances include a dishwasher, oven, hob, grill, microwave, wine rack, toaster, kettle, cafetiere and all essential kitchen utensils.
SANDRIFT offers 2 bedrooms with the master bedroom being a double room. The solid pine double bed is in the centre of the room with bedside cabinets and reading lamps. There is ample storage for clothes in the
built-in closets. Dock your Ipod into the Ipod Speakers to suit the mood.
The quaint second bedroom has twin beds and overlooks the garden. A Digital radio will play every radio station.
Downstairs separate WC and pedestal basin.
Upstairs family bathroom with bath electric power shower over, WC and pedestal wash basin.
Outside tap for wetsuits or car washing located at the front door.
Through the double sliding door, the garden patio area has outside furniture and grass area big enough to have a game of Croquet or a game of Frisbee. Access is supplied to the garage from the garden where you can find a washing machine, charcoal BBQ and beach toys.

Review: A lovely modern, wonderfully clean and well equipped cottage for our family of 4. The size is just about right with pleasant airy rooms and a nice well maintained garden. It is situated in a quiet cul de sac in croyde Bay and at first seemed a fair walk to the beach but after discovering numerous short cut paths we found it an easy 5-10 minutes walk.
Property manager details will be provided with the arrival email. The property manager is contracted to assist you with any problems relating to the property during your stay, from when you arrive until your departure by 10.00 am on your final day.
