Pam's house was great! We had 4 people and were comfortable (2 on queen, 1 on full and 1 on futon). 6 would be tight if it was adults. Pam left us some local breakfast treats and a case of water in the fridge. Thanks for that! Before staying I read other reviews to find out her office was attached to the house. We stayed on the weekend so we didn't encounter workers. I dont think its a big deal but I do feel like it should have been described as such. In another review someone said she wasnt very responsive, I had the opposite experience. Pam responded promptly and checked to see if we made it there okay. Feel free to ask Pam about where to go eat and such. The house was lovely, we loved that backyard and Bardstown. And it was a great price. We cannot wait to go back and will likely stay here if we dont bring too many people back with us.
The house is absolutely beautiful! Close to downtown Bardstown and there is a convenient store/gas station across the main street (E Halstead) which is great. Pam gave us some food and a case of water when we arrived. The house is big could fit 4-6 groups of people.
3rd bed is NOT a bed but rather a sleeper sofa. And a very uncomfortable one at that. Note the 2nd bathroom is in the hosts office. Very awkward between 8 and 4 as her desk is right in front of the bathroom door. Quaint home though for smaller group of 2-4 (We had 6)
