Hello! Stay in this lovely and cozy home. Enjoy the comfort of a hotel in the coziness of my home which has been carefully decorated by my original art. It is simple, yet stylish. Minimum 7 days; maximum 15 days.
The Master bedroom boasts a brand new comfortable bed and its private bathroom.
Come and relax on the patio next to the koi pond and water fountain. Use the gourmet kitchen with two convection ovens.
There is an additional mini-fridge where you can store your food. You have access to the gourmet kitchen which displays 2 convection ovens, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric range, etc. You are welcome to use my pots, pans, and equipment. I just ask you to leave the place as you found it. Please wash your dishes and clean up after yourself. If you stay a week or longer, you may have laundry room privileges.
My bedroom and painting studio are only for my use; but don't worry ,there is plenty of room in the house where you can hang out.
You are welcome to use the dining room to have your meals and watch tv in the living room as well.
I will be happy to point out places to you and give you suggestions.
I AM ALSO HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO THE SMELL OF NICOTINE CAUSING ME TERRIBLE MIGRAINS.

Hello! My name is Patricia and I am a High School Teacher and an artist. My house is decorated with my original paintings. I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese and I love to travel to Europe; primarily to Spain and Portugal. I can communicate at a super basic level in French as well.
