The house itself is beautiful, but clearly a rental. The walls are very scuffed up. We couldn't figure out how to make the hot tub heater turn on, either. Turning the dial didn't impact the temperature, just turned on the jets. Someone who knows pools found the heater, but it was locked with a padlock.
Speaking of pools, be aware that random pool dudes may show up at any time without notice and just waltz into the back pool area. Then when you knock on the slider with a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ "WTH are you doing here?" look, they act like you are an idiot and why should you be worried about this? So that was fun.
The neighborhood is centrally located to the parks, but beware of the cost of transportation from the airport. My cab ride was almost $70 with the tip. TIP: Uber back to the airport. It is only about $25.
Also - at the time of writing this review the actual instructions for locating the house in the email they send you are totally wrong. Send a scout ahead of the rest of your party so they aren't wandering around that community. For the 4812 Property, turn into the community with the water park at the entrance, take the first left, and it is on the back far inside corner about 2 blocks down
Also - check to make sure the construction is DONE here before renting. King's Castle Circle properties in the 48XX range, ESPECIALLY. That entire side of the neighborhood is being built right now, and they've taken over that whole side. Plus, the noise makes it impossible to sleep past 7am, or to enjoy the outside pool at ALL.
House was big enough for the amount of people, kitchen was clean, but not very well stocked if you want to do any real cooking or dining in, and BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER, PAPER TOWELS, ETC. There is only ONE roll per bathroom.
Also, a small detail, but all the bathrooms didn't have bath mats or garbage cans. Some of these small details could really make the whole experience more enjoyable.
