Situated on 13 acre hobby farm. 32' three season RV is nestled in a secluded place on the property but close enough to main residence if you need anything. Sit around the campfire enjoying the clear, starry nights that you only get from camping out. Well behaved pets are welcome with prior approval. We have a resident dog, friendly with most; cats, horses, chickens and sheep. We are within 30 minutes to grocery stores and restaurants. Miles of country roads for biking or taking a stroll.
Surprisingly spacious for an RV. Plenty of natural light and windows. Has a gas cook top, large frig, micro wave, double sink, large shower/tub and separate toilet closet. Dining table that seats four. Full size bed and a love sofa that pulls out into a bed. Deck outside underneath an awning with gas grill.
This is a hobby farm and our little piece of paradise. Feel free to meander around. The horses love visitors! We do ask that dogs and children not used to farm animals to be under adult supervision.
Miles of country dirt roads and hardtop for biking enthusiasts or taking a quiet stroll down a country lane. Hiking and trails nearby.
- No load music or noise after 8PM or before 7AM. This is an organic farm, proper disposal of food scrapes, trash and recycling is appreciated. Pets are to be kept on leash. Pets are not to be left unattended and must either go with you or be crated. No unsupervised pets or children allowed around the barn area or horses.
Seeking a change of pace and place, we decided to move to a location where we could enjoy trail riding, being more outdoors and a place that is inspiring to us. We scouted around for a couple of years and found that Vermont offered what we were looking for. We made the final move from Atlanta in 2006 with animals in tow. We built a modest log cabin with the timber off the land and of course, a warm cozy barn for the horses. We live a holistic lifestyle for ourselves and our animals. Continuing on that path, I am a health/wellness counselor and artist. My husband is a certified massage therapist/energy worker for humans and animals in between working out in the corporate world. I feel we are all keepers of the land that we don’t really own but we are borrowing it for a while. Life motto: Live your dream
