Generous basement studio in the bustly heart of downtown Toronto. Queen size murphy bed, Internet radio and Wi-Fi. Cotemporary artwork. Large separate kitchen (w/ espresso machine, dining table, gas stove). Soaker tub in bathroom. Coin Laundry in Building. 3 minute walk to Yonge /Bloor Subway, Shopping, & Gay Village nightlife.
Everyone who visits my apartment comments on how cozy it is and how it doesn't feel like a below ground apartment. So, I ask that you get cozy. Simply respect my neighbors and my artwork, keep it clean, and keep the energy positive. Explore Toronto. Feel at home.

Originally from Newfoundland, I was drawn to this apartment primarily because of the location, but also because of the character that reminded me of the old apartments in St. John's. Small, original wood floors that moved under my feet. Moldings, radiators, and soaker tub. A history. Little bits of home.
I've done my best to keep it cozy and functional with custom murphy bed, modern appliances (Nespresso machine, Internet radio, etc), and Canadian contemporary artwork.
What the apartment lacks in gloss and view, it makes up for in coziness and location.
