My place is close to everything! The beach, restaurants and cafes, shops and much more! You’ll love my place because it is light and airy and has air-conditioning. It is in a quiet location so close to everything you could wish for. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).


This air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor of a boutique block of 12 located just 50 metres from Maroochydore surf beach. If you are looking for a romantic getaway, mini-break at the weekend or a family holiday, this is the place to be!

This modern and newly decorated air-conditioned apartment features two bedrooms, one with Queen bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans and beautiful sea breezes. There is a bathroom with bath and shower, washing machine and dryer, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need including a microwave and dishwasher. There is a spacious lounge and dining area with LCD TV and DVD player. The beautiful balcony looks out over a quality resort completing the holiday feel.

The complex has a pool and barbecue area available for you to enjoy.


You have the entire apartment, with balcony, to yourselves and shared use of the pool and barbecue area.


We will be there to meet and greet you and hand over keys to the apartment. If you require pick up and/or drop off to the airport (Brisbane or Sunshine coast) then we can arrange this for you for an additional charge. Check in outside normal hours may be also be available on request.




House Rules are provided to ensure that Guests and Visitors know and comply with the specific Rules governing their permission to enter and occupy the Property.

General requirements
a) Guest and Visitors must comply with all House Rules, By-Laws and instructions from the owner and security services during their stay; and
b) Guests must notify the owner of any disputes or complaints from neighbours as soon as is practicable.

Noise and Residential amenity
a) Guests and Visitors must not create noise which is offensive to occupiers of neighbouring properties especially between 10pm - 8am and during arrival and departure at any time throughout the occupancy;
b) Offensive noise is prohibited and may result in termination of permission to occupy the Property, eviction, loss of rental paid and extra charges for security and other expenses which may be deducted from Security Deposit or Bond under the Terms and Conditions; and
c) Guests and Visitors must not engage in anti-social behaviour and must minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of neighbours and local community.

a) Guests are responsible for ensuring the limits set on Visitor numbers is complied with at all times; and
b) Guests are responsible for ensuring that Visitors comply with these House Rules.

Gatherings or functions
a) The Property is not a “party house” and any such activities are strictly prohibited; and
b) Any gathering, celebration or entertainment permitted at a Property must not conflict with residential amenity and must comply with all the other requirements.

a) Guests and Visitors are to comply with parking regulations and other requirements set out below and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles; and
b) Parking arrangements at the Property are as follows: parking to rear of the apartment block or on the street outside.

Garbage and recycling
All garbage is to be removed from the apartment prior to vacating and placed in the garbage/recycling bins at the front of the property.

Whenever you are absent from the Property, close all windows and doors to maintain security and prevent rain and water damage.

Swimming pool
The swimming pool may be used between the hours of 7.00am and 10.00pm.
No glassware is permitted in the pool.

Deck and balcony areas
Smoking is only permitted on the balcony.

Smoking is not permitted indoors.

Pets are not permitted indoors.

There is a bbq for guests to enjoy which is situated adjacent to the pool.

Damages and breakages
Damages and breakages must be reported to the property owner.

On departure arrangements
All crockery and cutlery is to be washed and returned to cupboards/shelves. All rubbish must be removed from the apartment. The apartment is to be left with everything situated as it was on arrival. Keys are to be left on the kitchen bench and the door must be locked when exiting.

Breach of these House Rules is a breach of the Terms and Conditions of occupancy.
The Owner reserves the right to terminate permission to occupy and to evict.
