Stylish and comfortable apartment occupying the seaward corner of a large Victorian villa set in lawned gardens (shared) sloping down towards the bay. Even though it's an apartment it's still quite private and you don't feel like you're overlooked by other visitors. With amazing views from the decking this well equipped apartment is the perfect holiday destination for families and friends.

PLEASE NOTE - Linen and Towels, Bath Mats, Hand Towels, Tea Towels and Oven Gloves are all provided as well as basic essentials to start you off such as loo roll, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, bin bags etc and tea and coffee.
Notes on bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, fabulous sea views and opens on to the decking.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and large windows overlooking the garden (and shed - sorry!).
Bedroom 3 has two funky full size wooden bunks. Also a door opening on to the decking and lovely views.
There is a trundle bed that you can pull out from under the lower bunk, which would be fine for an extra child to sleep on, but would make the room a bit snug. Please let us know if you plan to use this.
Family bathroom has a bath with shower over. There's a loo in there too.
The other bathroom is just as nice though a little more cosy and has the same bath, shower and loo layout.
The kitchen has a gas hob with electric ovens. There's even a steam oven for the adventurous. Fridge, freezer, dishwasher and microwave all fitted and high quality. White plates, lots of wine glasses. Good pans. Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother with a few pods to get you started.
A big wooden table, easily seating eight, separates the kitchen from the sitting room, which has two big slouchy sofas facing each other across a low table, good for feet or magazines. There's a good-sized telly (not too giant) with a DVD player.
Notes on accommodation:
The decking is great. Clean and modern with the most amazing sea views. You can easily sit eight around the table for lunch or dinner and there's still enough room for children to do their own thing without disturbing everyone. Two big sun loungers and two reclining chairs. Cushions for garden furniture in the shed.
The railings on one side are a little low so care should be taken with young children.
There are lawns and planted borders below on the sea side. It's great for younger children to play on but too slopey to play football (which many might think is a good thing!).
Parking is up above the house out of the way in one allocated space. There is plenty of unrestricted parking on Sandhills Road for additional cars. Steps down from the car park to the front door.
If you need help during your stay then please don't hesitate to get in touch. There is also a number for our caretaker in the house manual at the apartment if you have any maintenance problems during your stay. Do please let us know so that we can get any problems sorted out as soon as possible.

- Please leave the property in a clean and tidy state when you leave and take out the rubbish, remove empty bottles etc.
- Property suitable for children but the railings on one part of the decking are quite low with some wide gaps so may not be suitable for toddlers/small children - please ask for more details if concerned.
