Our beautiful Victorian terrace with high ceilings and wooden floors is perfectly located in Surry Hills, around the corner from famous Crown and Oxford St and a short walk to Central Station, NSW Art Gallery, Botanic Gardens and the Opera House.
The terrace was built in the Victorian era with high ceilings and varnished floors as well as several fireplaces. It is sunny and spacious, and boasts an outdoor courtyard and well cared for garden, perfect for a summer barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped with ample storage space for food.
WIFI is provided throughout the house. There are two bathrooms to share and these are clean and well cared for.
Guests will stay in my bedroom while I'm traveling. The room has a king size bed, space in the built-in wardrobe, a desk and a chair.
Furthermore there is access to the beautiful victorian balcony and a decorational firespace in the room.
Feel free to make yourself at home: cook in the kitchen, enjoy our courtyard or spent time in the living room.
You will be sharing our 4 bedroom terrace with myself 2 chilled housemates and the best dog in the world called Hunter. He is a well trained, non-barking terrier who will love you for a scratch now and then!
While all of us work during the week, everyone in the house is happy to provide any assistance that you require- whether it be directions, tips on places to visit or ideas on where to eat out.
My name is Matz (or Matt whatever is easier :) ) and I am originally from Germany.
However, I started my PhD in Genetics in sunny Sydney in Feb 2014.
My partner in crime is my dog Hunter that I brought with me from Germany (that's dedication right there). He is a 6 year old Parson Russell Terrier that knows up to 30 commands (some of them in three languages :P )
