The apartment is in a beautiful building in Pentonville Road.
King's Cross Apartment is located within 10 minutes walk or 2 minutes by bus from King's Cross station which is the third-busiest station on the system after Waterloo and Victoria, and serves more lines than any other (Circle line, Hammersmith & City line, Metropolitan line, Northern line, Piccadilly line and Victoria line) . It is in Travelcard Zone 1. It also has 12 major bus routes taking you all over the capital. Only 3 minutes walking from Angel Station ( Northern Line) and a bit more from the vibrant Upper street full of shops, restaurants and cafes, Almeida Theatre, Business Design Centre.
Within easy walking distance you can also enjoy London's Canal Museum, the British Library, the stunning architecture of St Pancras, the shopping and culinary delights of Islington. A pleasant walk along the canal will take you to the famous Camden Market.


TRANSPORT
Transport is absolutely fantastic. Pancras station and its Eurostar terminal to Paris and Brussels is less than a 10-minute walk away. Many buses into the centre and other parts of London can be found literally on your doorstep, and the West End can be reached in 15 minutes.

MEETING POINT OUTSIDE 'THE LEXINGTON' PUB right in the corner between Pentonville Road and Penton Street, if you arrive earlier enjoy a drink in one of Islington's finest new music venues and lounge bars. Please note the pub is only a convenient meeting point and it has nothing to do with the apartments, so please don't ask for info in the pub.
CHECK OUT:
Standard check out is before 10am unless different agreement at the time of the booking. Please leave the flat as tidy as you found it and free from personal belongings. Please note that the price paid for the check out cleaning is intended for standard cleaning and launderette (2 hours), this doesn't include washing plates, throwing leftovers of food, cleaning of the oven, etc. or any other issue which would require extra time. Any additional hour will be charged to the guests at standard rate of £15/hour.
Please dispose of the GARBAGE before leaving, There's a daily garbage collection, please leave the bags with garbage well tied in front of the street entrance next to the black pole. Spare bin bags can be found under the sink in the kitchen.
Upon departing, guests are obliged to turn off all water taps, as well as the lights in the apartment and its facilities, and to pull the door as they leave. Please leave the keys on the table and ensure to pull properly the door, also the building entrance.
THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
Please don't bring/eat any food or drink in the bedroom and on the sofa bed as we strive to keep the standard of furnitures high at all times and also to avoid accidental damages such as stains on the bed linen or carpet. Guests are obliged to pay for any damage they cause, if they are unable to prove that they are not responsible for this damage.
There are others who share the building with you who maintain normal working hours. Please have consideration for neighbours, quiet hours are between 22:00-08:00. You ought to receive the same courtesy from them during your stay.
Guests are required to behave in a responsible and socially acceptable manner at all times whilst occupying the apartments and to be considerate and courteous to all the neighbours.
In case of non-social behaviour or complaints, guests agree to vacate the apartments immediately without refund or redress.
Parties are not permitted. The maximum number of guests per apartment (4 people) cannot be exceeded and noise levels must not cause a disturbance. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence of a party and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guest's own expense.
Pets are not allowed to stay or to visit the property. The booker is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause.
Damages to the apartment must be paid in full by the booker. In the event of any breakages, damage, or extra cleaning required, the card provided will be charged. An email will alert the guest to this, along with a breakdown of the charges(URL HIDDEN) Lost keys: guests will be given 2 set of keys, but in the very unlikely event of finding themselves
locked out or lose keys, we apply a charge of £100 for callout, during business hours 9-5, and £150 if after-hours. This includes both lost keys and lock out.
DISCLAIMER:
We cannot be held responsible (and therefore no refund is payable) for any failure or interruption of services to the flat, including electricity, internet connection, plumbing, equipment and water, or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.
We have no strict responsibility for property, money, valuables, jewellery etc., which you leave in the flat. So please keep all valuables with you when going out.

Islington is one of my favorite London neighborhoods and this flat has good transport and neighborhood amenities nearby. The place was very clean. Other reviewers said the flat was noisy, but we did not find this true and we stayed a week. We could not hear the bar on the corner but there was some traffic noise which was no problem. The flat is best for a couple or a couple with children as I found the sofa bed a little uncomfortable (for me, a tired middle aged adult!). Kitchen was basic and laundry was nice.

Our stay at this flat was wonderful for myself, my husband, and our two daughters, in their 20's! It w as nicely located, very comfortable, clean, and modern, and looked exactly like the pictures! We were greeted at the Pub on the corner and walked to the flat. The weather was very warm, so a floor fan was provided at our request. There was a market and eateries close by and it was very close walking distance to Angel station. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone, and we would gladly stay here again!

Andrea and Antonio are the perfect hosts!! They both met me to give me the keys and a detailed explanation of the space. They're very sweet gentleman, accommodating, and excellent communicators. Very quick in response to my emails and answered any questions I had promptly. The apartment itself was fantastic. Exactly as the listing stated, super comfortable, and even better than the photos. The location could not be beat!! Very close to the Angel Tube station and a short walk to the King's Cross Station. It's right around the corner from many shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The perfect balance of activity and quiet. I wouldn't change a thing about this experience and I look forward to staying in their place again the next time I return to London!

Our party of 3 thoroughly enjoyed staying at this London flat. Antonio and Andrea were friendly, reliable, and returned emails promptly about inquiries and booking. Booking, check-in and check-out were very easy. Antonio and Andrea were there at the flat when we arrived to explain everything. The flat was very clean and plenty large for the 3 of us...the photos are exactly as it is. The location was great....just a short 5-10 minute walk in between 2 Underground tube stops and close to St. Pancras train station where our Eurostar train arrived in at. There are several good grocery stores also within a short walking distance and while we didn't cook any meals in the flat, the kitchen is very adequately stocked to do so. We would highly recommend this flat or any others of Antonio and Andrea. They were definitely easy to work with!

A nice little flat, no real issues or complaints, would definitely book again. It's essentially as pictured, though smaller in reality. Basic but clean set-up, good closet and drawer space. Ideal for 1-2 people, wouldn't recommend more even though I believe there is a sofa bed in addition to bedroom. Some street noise but only in the living area -- the bedroom is in the back, so quiet. Good internet. Great location -- easy walk to Angel tube stop, and surrounded by charming neighborhood spots, eg, Chapel Market, The Albion (gorgeous garden and patio in the back). The building was quiet, felt secure. Easy, quick communication with Antonio and Andrea before / during stay.
