This beautiful second floor apt. is close to art and culture and restaurants and dining. You’ll love the light, the kitchen, the high ceilings, the yoga loft, and the location! Excellent for couples, solo adventurers, small families, leaf peepers and walking distance distance to the heart of town where you can enjoy culture, shopping and some great restaurants. Beautiful skiing within 35 minutes to an hour away.
This apartment is spacious with beautiful light, hard wood floors and high ceilings. The mezzanine/yoga room has a set of comfy futon chairs which convert into a single bed. The room is carpeted and could easily accommodate an additional guest on an air mattress or sleeping bag. Our house was built in the 1920's and has recently been a full time family residence. So while it is not new, it is clean and comfortable
Guests have access to the full apartment! It is a two family home and the apartment is on the second floor with a private entrance and washer/dryer.
Guests enter the apartment from the front porch (facing Tinker St.) green door.
My family and I live a few short miles away and are always available by phone or in person for any questions.
We are able to accommodate children and can provide a pack and play, bathing tub, high chair and kids utensils on request. We are also a pet friendly. An additional $40.00 fee will be added to the cleaning cost for guests with dogs for the benefit of our non-doggie visitors. Please be sure to let us know in advance if you are planning on bringing a pet guest!

This Short Term Rental Agreement (the “Agreement") is made by and between above referenced "Owner" and “Guest" (including Rental Party) for the time period as referenced above, after which date this agreement is terminated. Once the reservation has been made Guest agrees to this Agreement. Guest, in consideration of Owner's permitting them to occupy the above premises, hereby agree(s) to the following terms:
1. HOUSE RULES Guest agrees to abide by any and all house rules, as listed below:
1.1. This is a NON SMOKING BUILDING (A fee of $100.00 for odor removal will be charged for non compliance)
1.2. No loud music or noise after 9pm.
1.3. No trash or rubbish is to be left outside of the premises at any time. Guest to contact owner if trash/rubbish removal is required.
1.4. Food and drink to be consumed in the kitchen and/or living room areas only. All dishes, cooking equipment, and cooking utensils to be regularly washed and put away by Guest.
1.5. Kindly respect owner's personal belongings.
1.6. Guest agrees that additional guests are only permitted with the owner's prior written consent.
1.7. An extended stay beyond the term of the original rental agreement may be permitted with the owner's prior written consent. The terms and conditions of this agreement will continue to apply. Any holdover beyond terms of this agreement and without express written consent of Owner shall be a trespass.
1.8. At the end of the stated term the premises shall immediately be returned to the Owner in the same condition as when occupancy commenced.
1.9. Any and all illegal behavior is prohibited.
1.10. Parties or large gatherings are prohibited inside or outside the premises.
2. INDEMNIFICATION Owner shall not be liable for any damage or injury to the Guest, or any other person or to any property, occurring on the premises or any part thereof, or in common areas thereof. Guest agrees to hold Owner harmless from any claims from damages or injuries, no matter how caused.
3. WAIVER No failure of Owner to enforce any term hereof shall be deemed a waiver, nor shall any acceptance of partial payment be deemed a waiver of Owner's right to the full amount thereof. This agreement supersedes any other agreement or lease on the premises during the term stated herein.
The parties agree to the terms of this Short Term Rental Agreement, as evidenced by this booking reservation.
