Our spacious, modern and light south facing 70m2 apartment has been renovated to a high standard.
It comprises of an open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area. There is also an enclosed conservatory(not heated but south facing) with extra seating, ideal for the afternoon sunshine.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
There is a widescreen tv with digital channels and free wi-fi.

Skiers have an enclosed cupboard in the entrance hall of the apartment which includes a ski rack and a boot/glove warmer. No rushing to the crowded ski lockers!

The apartment is in a quiet private residence.
Not suitable for the those wanting to sample the local nightclubs!

My apartment is situated on the 1st floor it is a quiet end apartment.
The main entrance is via the 3rd floor.
I own a private garage in the basement, which is available on occasions.
There is also outside parking.
Every adult guest has to pay the local tourist tax (tax de sejour) € 1.70 on arrival before keys are issued.
Every property owner has to collect the tourist tax ( tax de sejour)
This amount is set by the Town Hall ( La Mairie Alpe d'huez)
