A warm welcome awaits in this comfortable 1930s house of character. If you're after modernist minimalism it might not be for you! It's cosy and homely and a peaceful stay is assured.
Share with one other (Andy). Shared bathroom (situated next door to the available double room). My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
Suitable for one or two persons, but please not the supplement for the 2nd guest.
Thank you! Hope to welcome you.
- I'm easy going and relaxed, but would expect a mutual respect of privacy and reasonable behaviour.
- Guest have use of the kitchen/dining room downstairs with facilities for cooking and a TV/radio etc. The separate living room is off-limits.
I'm a British guy (in the low 50s - but don't feel that!) who has lived in the property for 16 years - so I know the area well!
I'm in to all sports - watching and playing. I am a devoted life-long fan of Leicester City - I have a season ticket to watch their games. An amazing season last year!
I go to the gym most days, play squash and cycle. I do have a spare bike (available for a nominal fee) and would be happy if I'm around to show you the locality - or beyond to Richmond Park etc if you like a long ride!
Also cinema and reading (I have a degree in Film Studies and Literature).
I love nights out - restaurants, pubs, cinema or theatre.
Have travelled extensively and have spent 25 years working for a tour operator - mainly visiting the Middle East but also beyond.
Very sociable, good set of friends and hoping to make more through AirB&B!
