Kitchen fully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, large stainless sink with garbage disposal and cabinets featuring soft close doors/drawers. Top of the line dual convection oven is great for baking and the large fridge with pull out freezer drawer holds plenty of food. Dining table with seating for six. Kitchen also has a new dishwasher and includes all kitchenware, coffee maker, blender and more.
Both bathrooms are fully remodeled with tiled floors, vanities with quartz countertops and toilets with pressure assist flushing. Downstairs bathroom has a walk in shower with river rock accents and upstairs has a full size tub/shower. New hot water heater large enough to supply the whole gang.
Both bedrooms are located downstairs and are about the same size. They have berber carpeting and mirrored closet doors. One room has a cal-king bed and the other a queen and bunk bed with nice mattresses on all. Updated blinds do a great job of blocking out light. Each room has a wall-mounted panel heater that is 100% convection (no noisy fan). There is also some additional closet, storage space downstairs.
The home also has a newer, all-in-one Washer/Dryer unit located downstairs. It is a single machine that washes and dries in a continuous cycle (no transferring clothes). It does a great job and has multiple wash setting. It can take a few hours to finish a full wash and dry cycle. There are also commercial coin-op machines located in complex near spa area for larger, quicker loads.

Well maintained, desirable complex that is quieter and less busy than most. Guests have access to all complex amenities; Hot Tub, Sauna, Pool and firepit. There is a bathroom and shower located by the hot tub and the pool is only open during summer.
Ski Locker by front door is open for your use. Plenty of areas to walk your dog(s) just outside unit. Parking for two vehicles allowed with no assigned spaces (usually very close to unit).
Snowboards, skis, boots and heavy gear to be kept in locker by front door. Do not move furniture. Please do not use any towels for make-up removal.
Joyce and Curtis are avid skiers and have a love of the outdoors. We enjoy Mammoth and all it has to offer including skiing and ski racing, hiking, biking, swimming, dining, and festivals. Mammoth is a wonderful launch pad for day trips into Yosemite as well.
