My studio is out of the hustle and bustle of downtown but centrally located: Kits, East Van and downtown are all one 15 minute bus ride away! Quiet, but friendly neighbourhood on a main bike route. Clean and comfortable suite perfect for two people.
My charming studio was built in the 70s but has been updated once. It features hardwood floors throughout, bright windows, a small Juliet balcony, quaint but functional kitchen, full bathroom, and a comfy but firm bet with brand new king size duvet!
There are shops, restaurants, grocery stores and VGH all within walking distance!
My guests will have access to my full studio apartment. I don't have a TV but I have a projector which can be attached to your laptop! I have a PS4 attached to the projector too but you have to attach an external speaker to the controller to watch Netflix on it. Kind of a janky setup.
Your comfort and enjoyment of the suite is very important to me! If you have any special requests or needs please let me know. Sorry about the security deposit! I have unfortunately had minor problems in the past that airbnb does not cover so it is a necessary precaution.
I ask that you please respect the quiet nature of the neighbourhood/building and not make a lot of noise ESPECIALLY after 10:00pm. The woman who lives above me is a bit cranky, so no parties or loud hang outs please! The walls are quite thin in these 70's apartments. Also no pets/or smoking in the suite or on the patio.
I will be out of town during your stay so the place is yours! I have friends who live in the building who will be able to help you with anything you need. I will be reachable by phone if you need anything.
Working student, fearless adventurer, world traveler. I've grown up in the service industry so I will work tirelessly to bring you a comfortable, enjoyable airbnb experience.
I live to travel and am constantly day dreaming about my next trip. I have been to India, Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, Vietnam, Malaysia, Burma, Mexico and of course the good ol' USA. For my next trip I'm planning on heading back to India and then stopping over in Nepal to do some trekking.
I love Vancouver's food scene so if you need recommendations I am a great resource. I also do a lot of camping and hiking in the area so if you are into that let me know! I'd be happy to point you in some beautiful directions.
