This original Mission Beach cottage is located just 1 block to the main strip of Old Mission Beach. Lots of shops, restaurants, bars & pubs within a 5 minute walking distance.

Property comes fully furnished with plenty of linen & towels, Full kitchen with pots, pans, plates, utensils, microwave, coffee maker, stove, oven, a BBQ for every unit, flatscreen TV with digital cable and DVD Player, free high speed WIFI Internet. A front dutch door in every unit in case you would like fresh warm moist air. A large patio overlooking the ocean with shower to rinse off after a refreshing surf session or swim. Plus lots of seating inside and outside.

Lots of beach toys and games for the children:
sand castle building items, Frisbee, smash ball, beach chairs, footballs, boogie boards etc.

Airport and Downtown is just 10 minutes away. La Jolla is just 1.5 miles away, an easy bike ride up the coast! Pacific Beach is just 3/4 mile north and Ocean Beach is about 2 miles south.

Public bus stop is 1 block away on the main street- Mission Blvd.

Extremely close to all restaurants, shops, bike rentals, surfboard rentals, pair sailing, jet skis, etc.

1.Failure to depart by 10:00 AM may result in additional charges
2.Additional guests exceeding your confirmed number
3.No Pets: animals present on property will result in immediate eviction with no refunds
4.No parties, excessive noise, or irresponsible activity. $200.00 fine if complaint by neighbor. Noise Control and Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.
5.No subletting or assigning property to other persons, not designated
6.Missing items and damage caused; if the amount exceeds your deposit you will be billed for the difference
7.Guests agree to take property as is and sight unseen. All properties have been cleaned before each occupancy and is in good condition. Guests to provide paper products.
8.Guest agrees to adhere to any house rules posted
9.Kitchen, baths, and floors thoroughly cleaned, trash deposited in outside black bins, recyclables in blue bin, linen laundered and stacked on bed(s) before departure (unless cleaning fee is paid in advance)
10.Property must be left in reasonable condition- If property requires additional cleaning beyond normal use additional fees may be assessed.
11.No smoking inside or outside premises. No candles or incense permitted.
12.I have read and understand company policies (found on the website or in paper form)
13.Utilities will be deducted from deposit on monthly rentals.
14.If property is left damaged your security deposit will be assessed via AirBNB.

Nice apartment with excellent location, and a nice backyard. A bit small for 4 guys, but we did not spent to much time inside anyways. If you want to stay at the beach in PB we recommend this apartement.

Our family, 2 adults and 3 small children, stayed in this cozy cottage for almost one week. It was all we hoped for, large enough with all necessities, and the location was perfect. We could prepare dinner and at the same time have an eye on the children playing on the beach. Our hosts, Luke and Sarina, were very easy to get in contact with and very eager to help and recommend nice things to do in San Diego. If we ever come back to San Diego, this wold be the place to come back to. Highly recommend it!

The cottage is old and hasn't aged gracefully. It is very small but accommodates a couple easily. It is furnished with the basics and would have benefitted from the addition of an iron and ironing board for longer stays. The washer/dryer was very nice to have on site. With that said, it was right on the boardwalk with the sun setting directly in front of it each night. It was easy to get to local restaurants and basic shopping locations from the cottage. Getting to the San Diego sights was easy as well once you figure out the traffic patterns. Don't bring or rent a large vehicle as parking is very tight, but you do have a designated parking space just outside of the cottage. We wouldn't stay in this cottage again because we are more comfortable in upscale places. We would absolutely use this rental company again. Luke was very responsive and took care of any issue very quickly. He communicated well and is very easy to work with.

Luke was very responsive and took care of every question that I had. He also created a host book with many helpful address and phone numbers so it was very easy to put in my GPS. I loved the ocean front location and all of the amenities that it has to offer. I would highly recommend Luke and plan to visit there again in the future.

I am from San Diego, CA 92109. Born and raised in the Bird Rock, Pacific Beach, Mission Beach and La Jolla area. I have a Bachelors Degree in Business Management (Administration) from San Diego State University, have studied in Oslo, Norway at the Business Institute and have traveled to many parts of Europe and Asia. I would love to experience more of the world.

The ocean and water is my ideal outlet for happiness, mediation and exercise. It is definitely difficult to stay away. My interests include literally everything life has to offer: Surfing, Hiking, camping, art, construction, concerts, all games and sports, friends, meeting new people, traveling (obviously only when I can get time off of work) and anything that is a new experience.

I have been doing home improvement/management for 15 years and am still learning new things everyday. Its constant work and never really ends. There is always potential improvements in property and technology. I am also a Creative Realtor Professional who aids in Sale of Property Investment/Homes and to make the process of purchase or sale seem effortless and easy for my clients.
