I expect every guest to feel at home and take care of the house as if it were theirs. That means keeping the common spaces clean, respecting the neighbors and enjoying the house as much as I do :)
You can use the kitchen to cook your meals and will have a shelf and a space in the fridge for your food, as well as lots of spices, cooking oil, coffee, sugar, etc. Please wash your dishes when you're done, that way we can keep everything clean for everyone!
Smoking is not allowed in the house, but feel free to smoke outside on the balcony. Pets are not allowed, sorry!
I am fairly flexible with check-in times but in the case there are guests leaving on the day you arrive I will ask you to check in after 2pm. In case you arrive to Barcelona early in the morning and the room is occupied, we might be able to arrange for you to drop your bags off and return later.
Check-out time is 12:00 (noon).
Hi! I'm Maria Elisa, I'm 34 and I've lived in Barcelona for almost ten years after a 7-year stint in London. The thing I like most in the world is music, closely followed by all creative pursuits, be it art, design, fashion, literature or photography. I am very sociable and love meeting new people, and really enjoy being a host and taking care of the people around me, as well as showing them my own view of the city I live in. I speak Spanish, English, Portuguese and Catalan fluently as well as a bit of French and Italian (the basics!). I like sharing my space with people from all over the world for short stints, and particularly enjoy hosting people with creative interests whom I can have a stimulating conversation with and who will enjoy the little things that make my house unique.
