Eric is a really great host, very friendly, responsive and helpful, he actually brought sugar and a hair dryer the morning after we checked in when he realized we were missing these things. He gave us a great tip for a Chinese supermarket about a 1.5 miles from the house. Great location, especially convenient for BC & BU families. 7 min walk to BC station, across from the field behind the BC Art Museum, very quiet. House was older but clean, also really nice to have a stocked Keurig coffee maker and a gas stove. Eric left cream and waters in the fridge, also nice touches. The gas fireplace with remote is also a really nice, tho the room heats up really fast. Note 16 quarters are needed to use the Washer/Dryer, and it's a good idea to get a "Charlie Card" to ride the "T" (Boston's public transportation) as the nearby station does not have them. We left a card for the next guests, maybe that one will survive until you book ;D . The bath has newer fixtures, good water pressure, but it's only 1 bath, so consider that you'll need to share among everyone in your party. Note that only the master bedroom has A/C - other rooms use a standing fan. This place is ideal for 4 or fewer guests, pushing it for 5 or 6 (the 5th & 6th will be sleeping in the dining & living room, respectively). Overall, I recommend this place, especially since Eric is a really good host and the location is excellent.
