Brand new building located in the heart of Old Town/Zona Romantica Puerto Vallarta, my place is close to public transport, the airport, the city center, parks, dining, drinking, entertainment, art and culture. Only 5 blocks to the beach and Malecon. This condo is in the heart of Old Town, walking distance to everything...and clean and modern! There is no off-street parking provided. *NOTE: Our Price includes all City, State and Federal Lodging Taxes as required by Mexican Tax Agencies


This modern 1 bedroom condo features an efficient floor plan with high quality furniture and fixtures. It is an upper level unit with plenty of natural light from carefully planned window placement. You can enjoy spectacular ocean and city views from the Haas Pool Terrace. There is a short uphill climb to the building about 75 feet total. There are steps and a sidewalk on the street.

NOTE: The condo is in a local neighborhood with a mixture of locals, ex-pats, tourists, and small businesses. That local experience and flavor comes along with neighborhood noises such as pets and people...holiday weeks can present late night noises from parties and music. We have taken this all into consideration which is why the price is so affordable compared to ocean front properties which often rent for 3 times the price.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking, with refrigerator, microwave, convection oven, range, dishwasher, garbage disposal, wine fridge, and all the kitchen supplies needed for a short or long term stay. Cabinetry is solid Parota wood for strength, good looks, and durability.

The living area features wireless internet, a flat screen Smart-TV with cable and HDMI inputs for all your entertainment devices. Travertine marble floors throughout the condo give this property a luxury feel. The living area has its own air conditioner for comfort in the afternoons.

The bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and plenty of storage for clothes and luggage. Air conditioning makes your sleeping time comfortable.

The bathroom is spa-like, with an open concept. Plenty of space to feel pampered every day during your stay. Hotel quality towels enhance your experience, along with lotion, soap and shampoo for a complete full-service experience.

A cute private balcony provides you with an outdoor space to enjoy morning coffee, fresh air, and to observe the neighborhood.

4 units in the building share the Haas Pool Terrace on the roof - with a refreshing plunge pool, comfortable lounges, an outdoor kitchen, restroom and outdoor shower, and of course spectacular Ocean and Town Views!


We ask all of our guests to complete the Airbnb ID Verification steps to ensure safety and security for our guests and the property. We keep our nightly rates the lowest in town for this class of property by asking our guests to be responsible for their electric usage. Base usage is included at a rate of 7 kWh per day/50 kWh per week/200 kWh per month. There is a charge of $4.50 MXN/kWH (approx $0.25 USD) for excess usage. Electric Charges are subject to change.

All guests will have access to the Haas Pool Terrace on the roof, with outdoor kitchen, and water closet. The condo has its own washer/dryer, and weekly housekeeping is provided for stays longer than one week.


We will be available to assist before during and after your stay for comments, suggestions, questions, recommendations, or maintenance items.


There is a small hill up to the condo - about 75 feet only. The rest of your walking experience in town is mainly flat, cobblestone streets. Wear comfortable sturdy shoes for safety since the streets can be uneven with potholes and other hazards throughout town.

- The condo is located in a traditional Mexican neighborhood - this comes with it many sounds, sights, and smells you don't find in a beachfront resort. Please understand this when booking with us.
- NO SMOKING inside units or in common areas of the building. Smoking in parking area on ground level is acceptable. Please dispose of your butts.
- No Pets on the property please.

- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm
- Haas Pool Terrace is available for use 8 am to 11 pm - please refrain from loud music, loud voices, or other disturbances after 10 pm
- Guests are expected to clean up after themselves in the common areas
- Guests are responsible for all property in the condo during their stay - please make sure that the building and condo are properly locked and secure when you are not present

Ryan and Poncho were great hosts and I highly recommend staying here. They are very efficient, always respond quickly if you need anything, and they're just friendly and easy to work with overall. The location of the condo is great- we were able to walk everywhere- plenty of food and drink options in the area. The beach is only a few blocks away. The condo is clean and the perfect size for a couple. Everything is as advertised. We had a really nice time and had no issues with the condo.

Amazing stay!! Ryan was always available and was happy to answer any/all questions. The location couldn't have been better. Incredible scenery and a short walk to the beach and amazing restaurants. If you do choose to stay, go to Basilio Restaurant right around the corner. Overall, it was an incredible condo and we look forward to coming again :)

His is a hidden gem in PVR. Check in was a breeze and Poncho was their on time and gave us a great tour of the amenities. Their is a great shrimp and fish taco place at the bottom of the hill and Hormigas is a great taco shack only a few blocks away. Best tacos are eight blocks away at Tacos Revolution. The rooftop pool is awesome but be careful with the power. We ran one AC , both ceiling fans and did 4 loads of wash in 4 days and it came out to 40 dollars. Best way to get their is take a airport cab it's about 150 pesos (ten bucks) each way. You can grab a cab a block away from the place and even arrange for pick up with the guys. Marina is 120 pesos each way and anything around town averages 50-70 pesos. "Romantic District" is code for LGBT but it is super safe and fun.

TIP to our guests: It's important to keep all the electric appliances and lights turned off when venturing out of the condo as rental properties are charged a very high commercial rate for electricity in Mexico. The AC units will quickly cool things down on your return, so having them turned on while gone won't return much benefit. Also, they have a dehumidify setting which uses considerably less electricity and still keeps things comfortable.

You guys were amazing hosts. Communication was great. Ryan stayed in touch before our trip, throughout our trip and after our trip to make sure everything was going well. Our place was spotless and clean once arriving. We were greeted once arriving and had a tour of the full place. It was just the right size for two. All the utilities we needed were provided. Our place was perfect location and coming to Puerto Vallarta definitely out of our favorite trips by far, and thanks to the location we had everything within walking distance which made our trip more enjoyable. Usually with vacation trips you want to be out and about exploring and out of your room, but this time we looked forward to coming back to our place and enjoy the amazing pool with our million dollar view! I will absolutely recommend this place to friends and family and we will definetlt be back.

The check in process was seamless with Poncho and Ryan. Communication was easy from beginning to end. The accommodations themselves were exactly as described in the listing. All the furnishings you need as well as a washer & dryer to clean your clothes prior to returning home. A/C and fans are in both the living space and the bedroom which is great. The bathroom has a nice modern design feel to it. Everything was clean when I arrived. Another amenity I loved was the WIFI worked great. The entrance has an video intercom so you can see who is at the door. You can buzz them from the inside as well. A lockbox in my opinion on any trip anywhere is must have amenity...and Ryan provides one for you. There is a rule book in the apartment that has helpful hints on how to navigate both the apartment and city. The location of the apartment is close to many of the goings on and eateries. Loved the refreshment pool on the rooftop of the building. It was nice to take a dip after running around in the heat all day. You could, also, take a cab or the bus (my choice --- I'm cheap LOL) to get around as well. The only thing to keep in mind is the hill you walk up to get to the building. It's a short walk. I recommend using the stairs on the side of the street and walk over to the building. I had a great time in PVR and will definitely be staying at Ryan's place again in future. Thanks again

Un lujoso departamento, completamente acorde con la descripción en línea. Cómodo para moverse caminando a cualquier parte en el centro de Puerto Vallarta y para tomar el transporte público para cualquier dirección al sur y al norte del centro (plazas, playas de Jalisco y de Nayarit). En resumen, muy a gusto y muy recomendable. El techo y la piscina muy relajantes. Y Poncho muy atento.

Old Town Puerto Vallarta is the perfect vacation getaway! I first began traveling here in 2008, and fell in love! Buying a place here seemed like a natural way to be able to continue enjoying such a beautiful beach community.
