Casa Olivia is the original show house of La Colina which is situated in a quiet and well maintained residential area of Caleta de Fuste. The property overlooks the prestigious golf course of Caleta de Fuste and to the side the golf course of Las Salinas is also in view. The beautiful Atlantic ocean is a short walk away and can also be seen from this south facing property.

The property benefits from a large open planned living and dining area with patio doors leading out onto the well maintained garden where Al fresco dining is a must. A modern kitchen and 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms with stunning views both front and back are at your disposal.

The property benefits from quality wooden furniture throughout helping to maintain the cosy home from home feel. The dining area contains an oak table that can seat up to 6 people. The table can be extended to provide extra dining space. The property offers continuous Wi-Fi connection (pass code required) at no extra cost. Internet TV is available through a large Smart television and channels can be accessed through the sky box to include all UK channels, some German & French. Hundreds of channels to choose from.
A DVD player and selections of DVDs are available as well as a vast library of reading books.
The stylish music system situated on the ground floor is accessible through bluetooth using the available internet connection. A mobile device can also be connected through a cable (not supplied). A portable music system is available for those who are not quite so technically minded. CDs are available and must remain on the property. A selection of board games, cards, colouring books etc for family days at home and for the younger travellers.
A WC is situated on the ground floor where a large storage unit is available to hang garments. Smoke alarm.
The modern kitchen is larger than the usual kitchens of the same properties and is situated at the rear of the property. It offers everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal. The kitchen is well equipped to included stainless steel oven, 4 ring ceramic hob with overhead extractor fan, washing machine, Fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, drying rack, coffee machine, microwave & ceiling fan. Fire safety blanket and fire extinguisher.
A small hamper is provided to welcome you to our home.
The ground floor bedroom is light and airy and is situated off the dining area. The bedroom contains two single beds, a large chest of drawers and hanging space is available. Towels are provided.
The upstairs of the property offers two bedrooms and a family bathroom. The Master bedroom is spacious whilst still maintaining the cosy and homely feel. The attractive wood furniture is of a high specification and includes bedside cabinets and a hand made chest of drawers. The integrated wardrobes include ample hanging space, shelves and further drawers. A full length mirror is in situ. Hair dryer. Ceiling fan. Towels are provided.
A personal safe is also available for use. The Master bedroom opens out onto a fully tiled terrace area containing a wooden furniture set. Soak up the amazing views over La Colina and the golf courses of Caleta de Fuste. The town harbour can be seen and the local Canary island ferries are regularly spotted off the coast.
The second bedroom is located at the rear of the property. Containing stylish furniture and two single beds, the bedroom benefits from quality, bespoke furniture. Integrated wardrobes are available for extra hanging space. The bedroom has patio doors opening out onto the tiled terrace area which looks out over the surrounding hills and rustic land of Fuerteventura. Ceiling fan. Additional free standing fan.
The fully tiled bathroom contains the usual facilities to include a bidet, bath, shower and a marble surround sink with large mirror.
Bathroom towels are available for each bedroom and beach towels are provided for the sun loungers.
For reservations in excess of 7 days, a once weekly laundry service will be provided to replace bedding and towels at no extra charge.
The gardens are well maintained, offering a large, tiled patio area for outside dining. A 6 seater table and chairs are provided. A tiled walkway runs the length of the property allowing easy access in and out of the house and to an area solely for use of the large stone built barbecue.
Durable synthetic grass creates a safe play area for the younger family members. An ancient Olive tree add to the homely and attractive ambience of Casa Olivia.
Sun loungers are available in the garden for soaking up the islands rays.
The large, well maintained communal swimming pool is 50 meters from the property if you fancy a quick splash. (Due to occasional general maintenance the swimming pool may close for short periods of time without prior notice). A key card for entrance to the pool will be left at the property.
Guests will have full access to our home and the facilities it contains.

A passcode will be given upon arrival for use of the in house Internet.
High chair, travel cot and baby bedding is available on request.
Interaction with guests is normally done via email prior to arrival and messaging once at the property. Contact information and a telephone number will be provided if guests have any queries or concerns during their stay.
The water on Fuerteventura is desalinated and it is always recommended to drink bottled water unless boiled first.
Casa Olivia is legally registered for tourism and therefore a contract between host and guest must be signed upon arrival at the property before the accomodation can be handed over to guests. This is a legal requirement by the Spanish government that must be adhered to.
We respectfully ask that smoking is limited to the external areas of the property ( this also includes electronic cigarettes). All cigarettes/ cigars/ pipes etc are to be extinguished in the provided ash trays and disposed of in the correct manner.
Bathroom towels are for use solely in the property and not to be taken to the swimming pool or beach.
We hope you enjoy your holiday in Fuerteventura and in particular your stay in Casa Olivia. We politely ask that you vacate the property by 11:00am on the day of departure and we would appreciate the property being left in the same condition as it was found to ensure a quick turn around.
