My place is close to the beach (10 min walk), family-friendly activities, public transport, Pula town, the airport, and nightlife. This beautiful and recently built apartment is a traditional Croatian Konoba. It has one double bedroom and one fold up spare bed so it can accommodate a family with one child. There is an en suite shower, another separate toilet, and a large kitchen-diner room overlooking our large Istrian garden.
This is a private and large space. The en-suite bedroom keeps cool during the hot summer months and is with full traditional shutters. This bedroom has a double bed with one spare fold up bed. Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen that are changed weekly for longer stays.
The apartment has:

- A large kitchen-diner with a dishwasher, oven, fireplace, drying rack for clothes

Other then your flat you are more then welcome to use any parts of our garden, by the way area any time you like or any of the seating areas. There is free on street parking.
As much or as little as you want! I live in one part of the house and you are welcome to ask us anything anytime you see us-we are here for you. My foreign languages are not great but most summer my son and daughter are around so plenty of people to chat to if you need anything.
It's a family environment but everyone is welcome. The village does go quiet after midnight...preparing for another day at the beach!
We expect quest to be respectful in our home whilst having a nice, relaxing holiday. With respect for our neighbours, after midnight it is quiet time in our village. The apartments will be very clean upon your arrival and we expect you to leave it tidy with all the rubbish and recycling taken out. You will have keys to your own apartment and to the front door of the house. Lock them both whenever you leave to ensure the house is safe at all times.
For the majority of my life I was a primary school teacher. I retired early when I discovered a love for pottery so I became a potter. I have a studio in my house near the sea and I enjoy seeing what comes out of kilns! Our house is in a quaint little village by the sea with a perfect pace of life. If you are after a less touristy area in Croatia with beautiful beaches, culture and food then Stinjan is the place for you.
