I did not interact very much with Nader but he was nice and friendly when we met briefly. The guest room is not huge and I can see it getting a bit toasty in the summer. However, there is a fan and the area does not usually get that hot. The amenities are fairly basic but they are functional. The one thing that was not very convenient is that it is located in an apartment complex without overnight guest parking. There usually is parking on nearby side streets but there can be a bit of a walk over from the complex. It's like a 20-25 minute drive to parts of Portland, so it's not super close to much, but Nader's place is very affordable. One nice thing that is nearby is a nature park that I walked around in in the morning.
