I have a separate listing for another room in the cottage so if you are coming as part of a larger group this might be of interest to you. If there are just one or two of you coming and the second room is also taken during your visit then you will be given a choice about breakfast times so that if you would rather eat on your own that can be arranged.
Check in is shown as between 4:00pm and 6:00pm but this can be flexible and I message guests the day or so before their arrival to agree an approximate time.
You are welcome to come and go as you please during your stay. In addition to your bedroom with its ensuite shower room, you also have access to a shared guest sitting room and the garden when the weather permits.

The kitchen is not available for guest use but there are a number of pubs, hotels and tea rooms in the village within walking distance or a short drive away if you prefer. I am sorry but it is not practical for me to offer laundry facilities. There is a laundry in Whitby.
Guests do not have access to the kitchen and I am sorry but we do not accommodate pets.
