Please take note that this is our home and not a hotel :( Sometimes we can not afford to provide the extras that you may want. We provide basic necessities like shampoo, soap, towels, iron & board. If you need more, feel free to inquire and we'll see if we can assist you. Other than that, please take care of our home as much as you would with your own. We like the Airbnb pay out of course, but we love our home more :)
Each apartment unit has its own (2) assigned parking bays so you need not to worry. You can leave and come back any time of the day and your parking will be available.
We have an automatic washing machine and a rail for you to hang clothes. Detergent is provided. Take note that it is the management policy to not hang clothes at the balcony. There is also a laundrette at level G that provides washing, folding and ironing services at a reasonable fee.
Why are we renting this unit out?
Desa Pandan neighbourhood lies at a special place in our hearts. Nada grew up in the same neighbourhood for 13 years before moving abroad for 4 years and then to Damansara. The apartment is a family owned property, meant for investment. Most of the days, we live in Damansara, but we work not far than 6 km from the apartment.
The house is alcohol, pork and shoe-free. Pets are not allowed. No parties, strictly limited to pre-agreed number of people.
Smoking only allowed at balcony while sliding doors CLOSED.
Refrain from loud noises, especially after 10pm. Respect neighbours and staff. Most of them are families and expats.
Rubbish to be thrown out at the disposal area located next to the elevator.
Check-in time is flexible. Please notify us your preferred check in time and we will discuss it.
Late check-out (after 3pm): an extra of 50% surcharge on accommodation rate applies.
Nada: Hello! Izman and I grew up in Kuala Lumpur. Before we got married, I lived abroad in the States for 3 years and Canada for 4 years. I studied Business at U of New Brunswick, Canada and I currently work at a local bank. I love travelling, eating good food, playing with my cats and learning about other culture and languages.
Izman: Hi! My wife and I look forward to hosting as well as visiting other Airbnb houses! I am self-employed so I manage our airbnb listing for the most part.
