A recently refurbished, architect designed, maisonette in the heart of the town of Sitia. It is located next to the old food market street, on the second parallel to the harbour street, where most of the tavernas, "rakadika" and cafes are to be found.
Our maisonette is ideal for you if you're looking for a town-centre flat, where you'll be within a walking distance of just about everything - shops, restaurants, bars, banks, Sitia beach, etc.
It covers an area of 70 square metres, the 2nd and 3rd floor of a 3-storey building. On the 2nd floor you'll find the two bedrooms, the bathroom, as well as a hallway with some extra space for laptops/baggage/whatever!
On the 3rd floor there is the kitchen/living room area with a balcony that overlooks the market street, and has a partial view to the sea and the mountains.
- Finding a parking space on the same street, especially during the busy Summer months, can be difficult, however you could find a spot on some other street close-by or in the public parking space at the harbour, a couple of minutes away . You will be able to stop in front of the building to unload/load your luggage upon arrival/departure. Parking a motorcycle on the street shouldn't be a problem.
- The flat is not toddler-friendly, due to the flight of stairs that connects the two levels of the maisonette, and there is no baby crib available. Older kids should be fine!
