Villa Maruzza, built in 1947, has not lost the flavor of the past despite the recent renovation. The villa is built on the ridge of the promontory of Circeo, on a closed road leading to the lighthouse and to the Hotel Punta Rossa. The building is surrounded by the mediterranean vegetation. The islands Ponza, Palmarola, Ventotene, Zannone and Ischia emerge on the horizon from the blue sea.
The villa was my grandparents' and 4 generation of people have spent here fantastic summers. My grandpa was an artist: painter and mosaicist. The house was a kind of spiritual retirement for him and some of his mosaics or paintings are still in place. The place has a nice terrace you think to be on a boat. As the villa is on the mount slope, the garden is big but very steep so there are 81 step to reach the building. The whole property is rented, no sharing places. The property is in the National Park of Circeo and sometimes wild boars and many kind of birds can be seen.
The villa is perfect for groups of friends and families with kids (over 6 y.o.)
The villa has TV satellite (SKY); The conditioned air is in two of the three bedrooms. The living room and the three bedrooms have a ceiling fan.
Per l'affitto a famiglie con bambini è richiesta una liberatoria di responsabilità per eventuali incidenti. Nel giardino ci sono tanti gradini ed i terrazzi non sono a prova di bambino.
