Located in the up-and-coming EaDo neigborhood which provides convenient access to Downtown (8min), University of Houston (8min), BBVA Compass Stadium (5min), George Brown Convention Center (10min), and 15 mins to Medical Center and Museum District.
The home is fully appointed and has great storage for long-term stays.
The interior of this rental home is open, and light-filled, with a collection of warm, modern furnishings. The open-concept living and dining rooms flow into one another for easy conversation and hanging out. All furniture is new including a 48" LCD TV with SmartDVD player that includes cable TV and Netflix account.
The apartment is well insulated from the Houston heat and has independent temperature control with central AC and Heat using a Nest thermostat. The Nest is typically set to cool but can switch to heating upon request (or during the short winter).
The kitchen consists of an electric range, full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A full set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils are provided for those that prefer to eat in.
The bedroom is warm and cozy - one queen bed to enjoy a restful night. Includes desk with extra lighting, full length mirror, walk-in closet with dresser, ironing supplies, and extra bedding.
The full bath is spacious with fully tiled surfaces and plenty of room in the enclosed shower for getting ready each day.
A full laundry is located in the lower level along with storage for longer-term guests.
About the Neighborhood
EaDo is quirky, eclectic, and up-and-coming. It is not "fancy" but I have had ZERO issues with crime. The property provides a high degree of comfort at an affordable rate. Be sure to choose an Airbnb experience that is right for you!
This apartment is not my home and is designed solely for hosting on AirBNB. Guests have full access to the apartment. The yard is shared with the occupants of the main home.
This property allows the Guest to check-in without the owner being present. I am available ahead and during your stay to answer any questions. Please communicate using the AirBNB app.
Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, starting to wash the towels, and taking out the trash are expected of guests.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended for any stay.

Guest who completes the booking must be over the age of 25 and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved period.
No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.

If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, wallpaper, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees. If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded or if the Owner receives information about excessive noise, Owner has the right to evict Guest and all occupants immediately and to bill the guest a minimum service fee of $250. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge the guest a minimum $250 cleaning fee. If any sign of any pet is discovered Guest authorizes Owner to charge the guest an additional minimum $250 cleaning fee.
