The house is furnished with an eclectic mix of European pottery and antiques from France, Belgium, Germany, and Poland. It has a very homey feel during your stay in Greenville!

What a great space! One level floorplan with an open floor plan and tons of natural light. Great backyard space with deck and patio for outside enjoyment. All cookware, linens, towels, and initial set of consumables (toilet paper and paper towels) are provided for guest use.
We love hosting families with young children and we want to help make traveling easier for you. The way we do that is that we will provide a pack n play and bedding, high chairs, toys, games for your children per your request. Please let us know the ages/gender so that we can make it specific for your child. We don't want you to have to stress about things we can easily provide. We know how hard it is to pack up all the things you own when what you really should be focusing on is how much you will enjoy Greenville. Please request this when reserving the property so that we can ensure you will have this available when you arrive!
We would like our guests to feel at home. Everything in the house except 1 closet will be open for use. We want you to be comfortable and relaxed during your visit.

We understand that you will want to maximize your time in Greenville so we offer an early check in option and late check out option that you can reserve ahead of time. There is a slight fee for each since we bring in extra staff to make this possible for you. Of course it's our pleasure!
Normal check in is 4:00 PM.
Early check in is 1 PM
Normal check out is 10:00 AM.
Late check out is Noon
Please just put in your request ahead of time and we can make it happen for you!
- No more than 4 adults to stay in house at one time.
-No loud music after 9 pm.
-Please be advised that no parties are permitted on premises.
-Smoking is not allowed within 50 feet of property.
-Appliances should not be on if guests are not physically in house.
Noise levels should not be excessive after 10 PM or before 9 AM.
Leave all original house items in the house upon departure.
Any issues with the house must be quickly reported to the property manager.
If we are able to accommodate a late checkout, we most certainly will. Just be advised there will be a fee for late checkouts. We compensate our staff when working later hours because they are awesome. Fee for this house is $50 late checkout fee.
Please be accurate with your booking with regard to how many people are staying. If you provide inaccurate information, appropriate guest fees will be pursued.

My husband and I are Greenville natives and have returned after both finishing Active duty service in the US Army. My husband was an super awesome Armor Officer and I was a Nurse Corps Officer. We loved traveling and staying in wonderful homes throughout the world, so we want to bring some of that experience to you, our guests.
