Over the last few years our family have gotten to know Wales and have fallen in love with Snowdonia. We live in the Midlands, but travel to Wales as often as we can to indulge my husband's passion for mountain biking at Coed y Brenin (20 mins from the cottage) or just relaxing. I love the beaches and the views. One of my favourite memories is standing on the beach at Barmouth and looking at the snow on the mountains. We have tried to make our cottage as much a home from home as possible. We've stayed in lots of self catering places over the years and have taken note of what we felt worked well and was important - we've tried to put these ideas into our own place. We hope you enjoy staying in Arthog as much as we do!
