The flat is bright and airy, with large windows throughout. It's a well designed, but also comfortable, flat. Furniture is an eclectic mix of turn of the century, a few Georgian pieces and some mid-century modern thrown in for good measure.
My place is close to Shoreditch, Clerkenwell, the Barbican and the City and you’ll love it because of the high ceilings, the light, the comfy bed, the private bathroom and a great lounge.
The flat is a contemporary, clean space that through its eclectic decoration is warm and inviting at the same time. It’s in a converted warehouse and is perfect for anyone looking for style and charm with a bit of quirkiness. It’s not a show-flat, but rather a home with character while still being beautifully fitted. Furniture ranges from mid-century modern pieces to Georgian credenzas and one-off modern chairs and end tables by local architects.
The reception room is fronted with large double sash windows, lending a bright, airy feel to the room. The room for rent has a queen sized bed, its own bathroom (not en euite) and is furnished with a side table, a small chair and built in wardrobes. The flat has a flat-screen 46 inch television, Sonos wireless music system, superfast wireless broadband, washer and separate dryer and weekly housekeeping and cleaning.
Located centrally in Old Street, near St Luke’s and the Ironmonger Baths, it’s fantastically located for the City and Shoreditch.
There's a fully stocked kitchen, lounge and dining room available to use.
Couples are more than welcome, but for more than a week or so, single travellers are preferred.
