Mali Apartments has a large infinity pool with unobstructed sea views, you can dive in and swim lengths! With only 3 apartments to share, the pool is always quiet. Duplex design allows for privacy as the two double bedroom and adjacent bathrooms are on separate levels. The apartment is spacious, carefully furnished and air-conditioned throughout. It's about a 10/15 min walk to the town centre, beach, harbour, bus station and weekly market. Perfect for couples or families (up to 4).
Our apartment is newly built and is therefore in excellent condition and well furbished. We have chosen furniture that is comfortable and of a high quality, but the main feature is its fabulous sea views from the bedrooms, lounge and terraces. The front of the apartment is designed in a curve with windows all along it so as to enhance these fantastic views. As well as the sea view you can admire the village and the mountains surrounding it. This view is one that really will make your stay worthwhile here.
There are only 3 apartments, including ours, so the infinity pool is always a peaceful and relaxing environment with the same great view of Kalkan and the sea.
We are situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of the main village centre but are close enough to be able to take a short walk to anywhere (although the hills are steep on the way back!). We are 5 minutes from the market and Dolmus station, about 10 minutes from the centre of the village, and 20 minutes from the harbour and beach. There is a taxi station in the village if you can’t face the climb back up.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one downstairs with two single beds and one upstairs with one king size bed. The upstairs bedroom has its own terrace and a shower room. Downstairs there is another shower room. Bedding and towels (excluding beach towels) are provided.
The lounge/diner is spacious and well equipped, with a washing machine, fridge freezer, oven & hob, microwave oven and a dishwasher. There is also a sofa bed that can be set up as 2 single beds.
A terrace leads out from the lounge. The apartment is fully air conditioned and is extremely comfortable for one or two couples or a family stay (up to 4 guests).
There is a dedicated undercover car parking space for the apartment near the entrance (marked with the number 3)
Our maintenance manager will meet you on arrival. A welcome pack consisting of basic breakfast/snack will be provided. The guests will have full access to the whole apartment including 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and lounge area and 2 balconies, access to the pool with sun umbrella and four sun lounges. During your stay our maintenance manager will be your main point of contact.
Via email/text but we are also available to speak over the phone if required.
Fresh linen and towels will be provided but not beach towels. There will be a folder with more information about the apartment, the town and suggested days out and main attractions.
The apartment is not suitable for people with walking difficulties or small children.
