1) AFTER DISINFECTING THE UNIT WHICH TARGETS TO GET DONE BY 15:00 TO 15:30 PM I HAVE TO USE MY ACCESS CARD TO GET YOU TO MY HOME UNIT AT 50TH FLOOR.
2) BECAUSE ACCESS CARD IS NOT DONE INSTANTLY ( WRITING TO GUESTS WHO HAPPEN TO BOOK SAME DAY. THERE IS A NEED TO GO THROUGH FOUR DEPARTMENTS TO;
** ENDORSE AND SUBMIT YOUR INFORMATION THROUGH A FILL-UP FORM
** SETTLE THE ACCESS CARD FEE AND DEPOSIT WITH ACCOUNTING
** PRINTING OF ACCESS CARD
** ACTIVATION OF CARD
** SUBMISSION TO CONCIERGE / SECURITY FOR RELEASE OF ACTIVATED ACCESS CARDS.
My plead is wait until the access card is ready for release, last office minute of Property Management Office is 5:30pm so it may take another 1 hour for Security to activate the card as it should once or after it's produced.
I hope you understand knowing that most same day booking might end up as " impromptu " to us and for necessities to be met.
FOR GUEST WHO HAPPEN TO DO SAME DAY BOOKING ON A SUNDAY
( no access card can be issued because Admin Office operates Monday to Friday , 8:30am to 5:30pm and 8:30am to 12pm on a Saturday )
Given the fact, i will have to use my own card to have you access the unit and amenities.
Workaround that is!
I live 8-10km away but i am very attentive to my guests by communication alone and if i need to show up i will and i should try , please refer to Reviews as it is my personality as a Host.
Bear in mind that i have to collect 300 pesos for the production fee of your card payable to Gramercy Property Management Offfice.
As it is violation to AIRBNB policy to accept cash , i will have to update your reservation cost +300 to base price.
The Reservation will be updated and sent when it is confirmed.

Receipt of this 300 php production fee will be provided, of course.
1 ) If you '' need '' to accept visitors please let us know in advance.
I hope you understand why we are very particular with this thing. :)
If a guest needs to spend overnight there is a charge worth 450/ guest but let us know so we can forward endorsement to Security to write that there is another visitor who'll stay.
2) Please Treat our home as yours, technically speaking, the importance of cleaning and maintaining it during your stay.
3 ) As your Power and Water consumption is on us Please be mindful of the usage of these stuff ;
**a ) Turn off the aircon whenever needed, you can use the fan if you feel the temperature of it can compensate momentarily over using the aircon for so long. No pressure, this is just a reminder. For As much as you are concern with your own Power consumption in your own property so do we.
4 ) Do not overcharge your device to avoid possible shock or anything related to the negative.
Please take care of all items inside the unit.

We will pay the 3,000 ( three thousand pesos ) security deposit for your Access card we plead that you take good care of it and have it with you upon check out else our 3,000 payment for it will be forfeited , and Guest who lost their respective card will surely be charge.
There also is another fee for the card called PRODUCTION fee the cost is 300 ( three hundred pesos only ) having said that you ( Guest ) will shoulder the 300 pesos card production fee.
NO CASH PAYMENT, thus, I shud alter price of reservation by sending a request Money option worth 300 peso.
Note that the amount in connection to the access card terms are implemented by GRAMERCY MANAGEMENT for SECURITY PURPOSES.

My Building Management Office requires the need to submit Government issued ID for local Filipinos , if a Foreigner ;it must be a Passport.
I need these information sent to my email 2 days prior check for those who booked in advance, if you booked same day you must send clear and good quality photo of your Identification card Right after .
2) No Extra Guest can enter my unit EXCEPT those approved to stay. This is also a means of Security compliance to us and Gramercy's Security Department.
3) Any ** extra guest ** after the first two guest and who's approved to stay must provide me their ID, and has 450 charge per person.
4) Extra hours/extension after 12pm checkout has 200 peso charge per hour.
5) 300 pesos is collected by default to be paid to Gramercy Management office's production of the access card, which will serve you ability to use elevator going to my unit, the gym, swimming pool. This access card fee is non refundable, the card must also be returned upon checkout as per ***policy of Building.
Yes, 300 pesos is paid to Property Management Office / Accounting to produce the card .
HOWEVER, it is a " shall " to return the access card after stay because it is their implementation. It simply falls to possibility of fraud so the card has to be surrender .
* The 300 php will be collected via Request Money option on Airbnb when the guest check-in. If not possible as some guest has no credit card but only uses a debit card i might collect cash in person, surely receipt will be provided.
