Enjoy this beautiful home in La Vega with stunning mountain views and a private pool. It is not part of a complex, ensuring full privacy. The house has 4 floors connected by stairs (no elevator) and is perfect for families. It features outdoor dining areas, a BBQ zone, a TV with internet in the living room, and WiFi throughout. The house stays naturally cool, so there are no fans or air conditioning.

The house has 4 available bedrooms, distributed as follows:

Third floor: Two bedrooms sharing a bathroom, each with a double bed and a semi-double bed.

Top floor: Two bedrooms with private bathrooms and balconies, offering breathtaking views. One has a queen bed, while the other features a king bed and a single bed.

Additionally, the house includes a covered outdoor living area, a TV lounge next to the BBQ, a gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ area, a private outdoor pool, and a children’s playground.

The house is fully private and not part of a gated community, meaning all spaces are exclusively available for guests to enjoy. However, one room is currently unavailable and will remain closed during the stay.

1. Mandatory check-in: All guests, without exception, must complete the online check-in, where an ID and other details will be required to process the corresponding insurance.

2. On-site support staff: Support staff will be present at the finca at all times, but cleaning and cooking services are optional and must be requested and paid for exclusively through the app in advance.

3. Access to the finca: The final stretch leading to the finca is an open road. It is usually in good condition, but guests should keep this in mind. The drive takes approximately 5 minutes by car.
