Most of Montreal's nightlife is located on St. Denis and St. Laurent streets and we are located right in between the two of them (1 min walk to St. Denis and under 5 min walk to St. Laurent). The huge backyard is one of a kind and a great place to relax during the day. If you're not the outdoor type we've setup plenty of entertainment inside from the poker and pool tables to the TVs with Netflix to the 16 king and queen beds where all of your guests can comfortably rest their heads.
Your group has exclusive access to the whole house and whole backyard.
My property manager is available by text, phone or email to respond to any emergencies and will be happy to answer questions or concerns.
Quebec sales tax (14.975%) is due at check in and is not included in the Airbnb total. We provide an invoice for this.
A) Please note that I have to collect a 15% GST/QST tax as well which is not part of the reservation total and is due at check in!
B) please make sure to tidy up before checkout. Our cleaners will do the main job but if you could make sure that all the garbage is in one place and wash any used dishes before leaving that would be great. Thanks!
C) you be asked to present a valid Driver's license or passport for check in proving residence outside of Quebec.
D) please be upfront with the number of guests staying at the apartment. Any additional guests without advance notice may risk the deposit. We do not want to this so please transparency is key!
E) this place is meant for bachelor parties and other big groups and when it comes to noise we understand you're here to have a good time. pre-drinking with music, etc. is tolerated as long as the noise level is reasonable. After 11pm quiet hours must be respected as they are anywhere else. The place is strictly NOT for rent to ravers - meaning if you want to rent it out to throw your after prom I suggest you look elsewhere.
I'm a recent Mcgill grad that enjoys long walks on the beach, port wine, and an occasional game of checkers. I own several rental properties in the city that I sublet out occasionally during the summer when my long term tenants are away on break. If you are looking for long term housing feel free to PM me and we can discuss the options! Every place is in the center or within walking distance to the best areas of Montreal.
